Companion for my Maggie

It’s been since April since we rescued our Maggie, and we have gone back and forth with a companion for her. I don’t really want a drake because everyone makes it seem like they are giant rapists.
Every time I talk to anyone with ducks, they always steer to the drakes.
Are drakes really as bad like they say?
I do not want to bring anything in that would hurt our Maggie.

drakes can be really nice, but you would have to get atleast 2-3 more girls as well. they will overmate one girl. if you want just one more duck, i recommend another female.

I agree if you want to keep your flock to 2 another female would be best.
