Honestly I don't think I would have kept those chickens with the stubby legs alive. It has to be hard on them to hop along on one leg. I wonder what the legal limit of chickens are for his location that he couldn't keep them in a coop outdoors? I am glad he did keep some of his chickens. Poor guy.

Nifty - You should truly be proud. It's one thing to want to help and another thing entirely to actually do something about it.

That makes you one of a rare breed. Normally I don't watch these shows due to the depressing nature - but chickens? I had to.

I'm really, really happy that Kitty got Dufus back, it upset me when they took him.
