My cake and skills are so big and beautiful they are really difficult to hide. Last year it was deep dark Metaxa soaked chocolate cake with semi sweet chocolate ganache. I like Greek cake. Extremely rich and powerful. I already have the bottle of Amaretto for this year's Italian cake. All the ladies will love Italian cake.
