Confirm my suspicion

So I didn't expect to become a chicken mom but here I am. I had a couple years ago and have always wanted more. A friend of the bfs had only 1 survive and didn't know what he was going to do with it so of course I took her(?)! Sad part is I believe she's a he and I cannot have roosters in town. Shehe is spoilt and we all love herhe.. can yall confirm my suspicion so I can find herhe a home sooner rather than later. I'm already heartbroken almost 5 weeks old. I have more photos if needed

Thank you I've been holding out hope for the last week. So sad. I appreciate your response but was hoping for the opposite. When you have them from babies they become more than just a chicken
