18 weeks, pullet or cockerel? Doesn’t act like a roo, hasn’t made the sound yet, has spur buds, is a good 1/3 taller and larger than the other 10 mixed breed run, even the Olive Egger!

I’m going with biy based on his face but I’m gonna say he’s a late bloomer because she should have saddle feathers by now.

Also, hackle feather are roundish, as are tail feathers, no curly feathers yet?? Age is confirmed, as I’ve raised them since chicks, may be off by 7-10 days max.

They have been this red and vibrant since about 12 weeks-they’re 18 weeks today. The other two BLRWyandottes are just getting red now.
