Confirmation of Gender

Below is a picture of two RIR's (most likely Production Reds, but I won't hold it against them). Both are 9 weeks old today. I'm fairly certain #1 is not a hen but a roo. #2 is for comparison which I'm 98% certain is a hen. Feel free to set me straight however just looking for confirmation. Thanks!
