Hi Dotty....Sorry you are having so many problems but you are on the right track to find out what the problem is. I aree with the state vet. I think you should cull and start all over again. These problems will be a never ending cycle that will go on for years and years. In addition to culling I would clean the dickens out of your coop and physically MOVE the coop and the run at least 100 feet from its previous location. Once the chickens are gone and the coop is cleaned out a bit at least until a really good cleaning can be performed in the spring. Mother nature will take care of the rest. Sunshine and the WI deep freeze (leave the coop doors and windows open) will kill just about everything.
