Confirming I've got a Cockerel

Before I re-home this beauty, making sure the consensus is that he's a Cockerel. 13-weeks old today.

What breed? He has all the rooster colors and saddle feathers. Hes very gorgeous! Why do you have to rehome him?
Our neighbors aren't too keen on roosters and we've ended up with two. He was billed as an Ameraucana but I believe he's an Easter Egger. We don't free range because of the predator presence and I feel that these two might live happier lives with a flock to tend and care for rather than the safer (but more confined) life in a run. We have 4 hens and these two roos. Would be happy to hear thoughts on this.

He looks like maybe a brown leghorn mixed with a bantam breed
