Hello! New chicken owner here. Our olive egger Belle is 9 months, and yet has never laid an egg. Her feathers look a bit rough and her comb is a sort of grayish pink. She has greenish yellow diarrhea that sticks horribly to her vent, we've had to trim those feathers to make sure they don't paste up. At first we thought Belle was infertile, but the constant diarrhea and her appearance have us concerned. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As for diet we give them standard layer feed, interspersed with mealworms, scratch, and occasionally grapes or cucumbers or other kitchen scratch (although with it being winter its gone down in frequency). We sent a fecal sample to the vet and it came back negative for standard worms like tapeworm and roundworm. I don't think that it is mites or lice, although I will go do a more thorough investigation. Here are some photos

Can you post some pics of her diarrhea?
Bright green/yellow can be a sign of liver or kidney infection combined with a gray/purple comb.

Can you wash her up really well and take a good look at the vent to make sure there's no Vent Gleet?
Is she the only one having the diarrhea?
How long have you had her?
Also...what happened with your EE (clucker) that you posted about earlier this month - is she better - did you find out what was wrong with her?https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/easter-egger-is-sick.1284502/

I would check Belle to make sure she has no lice/mites. It's good that you had a fecal float, did that include checking for Coccidia overload as well?

You may want to see if diet is a factor with the diarrhea, cut out treats, offer her normal feed for a few days. Plain fresh food and water - see if it makes a difference.
Feel her abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid and check her crop to see that it's emptying overnight.

I'm not seeing evidence of mites or lice, she appears unkempt more than infested. Does she act normally? Do you ever see her preening? Is she active or mopey? I do agree it would be much easier to acess her buisness end if it were cleaned up a bit. Also in agreement on cutting treats for now, unless you're giving her rolled oats to maybe give her droppings a bit more firmness.
