confused

my bantam started nesting on 5 RIR eggs almost 3 weeks ago now 1 of the RIR took over the nest and want let the bantam back in ...is this normal ?

Your RIR hen has probably also gone broody and is, most likely, higher in the pecking order than your bantam.
If you want your bantam to hatch the eggs, you should move her and the eggs to a seperate place with a nice nest, food and water.

Thank you Jet , I am going to get that hen out of there now. I have two coops so I will move her to the other..
