You have at least two roosters. I can't see enough of Rose to say. They're at the age where Rose could be POL (Point of Lay) which might explain the larger comb. Any of my hens with black tails have the metallic sheen--so don't worry much about that. Worry about tail feathers that curve like a sickle, pointy hackle feathers, etc. Don't worry about spur buds, hens can have them. It takes time for roosters to develop spurs so a lack of spurs is not an indicator of anything.
