Congested and sneezing hen

One of my spotted sussex hens (13-14 months old) has been very congested and sneezing for four days. I have isolated her from the others as of yesterday and no others are showing signs of sickness. I have a video of her sounds but can’t add it... she isn’t showing any physical signs of sickness and her droppings are normal, so her only signs are very sniffly breathing and frequent sneezes. She sounds very similar to an extremely congested human with a cold. I’m trying to figure out what she has and how to help her, so any help is appreciated!

I would suggest trying tylosin tartrate to treat her. You may have to order that online.
