Hi all! I’ve got a 2 week old salmon Faverolle, and she’s very congested. She sneezes sometimes too. She’s acting normal. Not lethargic, eating and drinking normally, etc. I wouldn’t have known she was sick unless I had picked her up and felt and heard her lungs crackling. We live in Utah. It’s very dry here. Any thoughts? She’s in a brooder with 9 other chicks and she’s one of my favorites. I’m going to be devastated if this is lethal. Please help!!
It’s not super loud on this video but it’s very noticeable when she’s anxious in real life

By the sound of it, it sounds like its coming from her crop not her lungs. This happens when they eat or drink, nothing to be concerned about.
Really?! Oh my gosh, if that’s the case I’ll be so happy. Every time we’ve heard it we have both wondered if there was something stuck in her throat. Is there anything I can do or is it okay?

She'll be just fine, it's just the food and water nothing to be concerned about. A lot of first time chicken owners think the same thing so you're not alone.
