Congested chick

I have a three week old spitzhauben chick that is congested. She gurgles when breathing and sneezes. What can I give her. I have Tylan 50 but unsure of the dose. Thanks

That is the age when chronic respiratory disease can show up. Did you hatch her, or has she been around adult chickens where she may have been exposed to a carrier? Tylan 50 should only be given orally in a small chick, and the dosage would be 1/4 ml daily for 5 days.
