My Narragansett hen is very congested, she has been on Antibotics vitamins VETX for a wk and a half w/0 ANY improvements so I went to where I get my feed and stuff and she gave me AGRI-CILLIN, we been injecting it her under her wing 1x a day for 3 days along with fresh greens and still no improvements, us their anything else I can do for her? She didn't have runny nose or water eyes and she eats good..

Is a vet an option? I ask because penicillin is unlikely to help with most respiratory infections. If she is a pet you could try something like Baytril instead, but it is banned for use in poultry so you should only consider using it if she is a pet.

Other drugs You could try are Tylan 50, Tylan 200, or an injectable oxytetracyline like LA200, and those you might find in the cattle section of your feed store.

You can purchase Baytril here:
https://ladygouldianfinch.com/product_baytril.php
https://allbirdproducts.com/products/baytril-10

The Baytril dose is 0.05 ml per pound of bodyweight twice a day orally for 5 days.
