everyone who is down about the rain this was my vaca week been great. one good thing is instead of doing alot of work around the yard an gardens an building new coops i have laid in bed naping an watching court shows i love me some judge judy god i am being lazy this week

The rain has been a double edged sword here. I did a sewing tag coop with over 30,000 tags that came in last week so it was good to focus on getting those sorted and out of my house. On the other hand you can't paint a coop in the rain or plant the rest of the veggies in the garden or mow the lawn. Plus the boys still had baseball games (well 1 did the other not enough players showed up).
Rain rain go away come again another day.
I am headed to the post office.

Hey, gang. I've been down and out sick for the past week. Started with my youngest having pink-eye. I then got it.. it went away.. and then it came back suddenly with a vengence in both eyes. Added a sinus headach to that. Then I got a cough, which developed into bronchitis. Still feeling week and coughing, but am no longer wondering what hymns should be sung at my funeral.

So.. apologies to those who have PMd me and I haven't replied. I'll get back to you... right after my nap.

Daphne, I feel your pain!!!! I can't deal with the mudd right now at my house!!!!! It's getting that my ducks and chickens are all muddy and do not care if they go out in the raing b/c they just want to get away from all the mudd somehow!! lol Not to mention I have 30 flats of Tom's, Cukes, Carrots, Beets, and Cabbage to plant at the farm and can't b/c this weather is ridiculous!! I second the Rain Rain go away comment!
