Ya I understand that but I have an older flock and month old chicks so kinda want something close to the younger ones age, because I've got an established roo now so I want them younger so there's very little problems.

Thats where I got Marbles my Blue Silkie from.I'm in Old Lyme, tomorrow I'm traveling up to www.cameronfamilyfarm.com in East Haddam to order some chicks from them. I believe they sell hatching eggs as well as chicks, you can check out their website link

you can buy the egg turner to go with it as well. I am on my third batch of Quail due to hatch this Friday. I like it. Easy to use but sometimes hard to keep it steady on the temp as long as the house stays pretty even temp wise.Any one have experience with the Hovabator still air model incubator? I am thinking about getting one... wondering if it is just as affective as the more expensive models as long as you have the time and inclination to turn the egss.
Just wanted to throw this out here.
I visited www.cameronfamilyfarm.com this am, to place an order, DEFINITELY check them out! Chicks of different breeds ready to go! Nice set up , NPIP certified, very nice to work with, I'm so glad there is now someone close by to get chicks from..I HIGHLY recommend them! They are in East Haddam
