So cute.
beth, i have a question. My broody was off the eggs you gave me for about an hour this morning. Is that horrible or will it be OK? I've never done this before. It's entirely my fault - long story.

Hi,

No need to explain. I've seen them do that and the eggs just get prolonged a day or so. It's not too bad as long as it was like 3-4 hours.

Thanks. I was taking the one with bumble foot to the vet and in the departure everyone shifted nests and I was running late and didn't take the time to sort it out.

glad I wasn't making a new tragedy. As for Miss Bumble, they had to open it back up to let the infection out and now we are switching to Baytril. We have her up on our covered porch to try and keep it clean and dry in all the rainy weather. I'm so tired.

Ahh I'm sorry your baby's foot is not getting better

I wish I could wave a wand for all the sick animals I encounter to make them feel better but, know that is unreasonable. But, when you see one suffering and they can't speak its so hard to sit back and watch! Maybe if he drained it out and put her on stronger meds she will get better

Best Wishes!!!!
