i had to get rid of all my chickens 42 in conting

Eight days with no power. Our area got hit pretty hard, and it wasn't even as bad as they thought it would be! It would have been 7 days, but they blew up a transformer near our house yesterday and 5 homes were still without power (us included) until about 10 am this morning. Guys are working on the chicken coop, hoping to get the roof and sides up today. Anyone who is handy and wants to come over, you are more than welcome to help! Send me a PM or Email. My poor chickens are practically shoulder to shoulder in the brooder. Took the Silkies upstairs for some play time and my cat joined them! He was more interested in their water bowl.

glad you got it back, we just got it back friday afternoon, everyone is happy they're back in their coops, i cant get my polish mo with anyone, he attacks them in the coops but fine outside, so he's stuck by himself till someone buys him

that they are, waddles is out of broody, she stopped sitting on the egg, someone moved it tho, im not sure if anyone plans on sitting on it or not so i havent touched it yet. i'll give it acouple days and than i'll get rid of it. taco follows rudy everywhere its very cute, i think he likes it, and i think they like it here, they're so sweet, i love hearing them talk to eachother, the sound is so cute
