I have a Rhode Island Red that waited 9 months to lay her first egg, and now she is almost a year old and has laid 40 consecutive days. Is that normal? What are some of ya'lls best egg laying streaks?

Great job! My 3 leghorns laid eggs since 16 wks & 17 wk olds, did not skipped a day until the 3 month, and only skipped a day or 2 within a year of laying.

EE/Amberlink cross started at 19 weeks and had these streaks:
49, 34, 20, and a 42 in between July and April...never took more than a day off in that time.....
......she's slowed down now at 2 years old.
