Chicks are looking a lot better. Haven't had anymore pass, and this is their 3rd day on Corid and 2nd on Tylan 50. How much longer do I continue the Tylan 50?
Also, I've seen on different threads and pinterest different things on sprouting grains. Does anybody do it? Or is it worth the time? I have the wheat seed to do it that my neighbor gave me, just am failing miserably on trying to do it. Any input would be great!
I'm so glad your birds are doing better. I recommend a 5 day treatment for both Tylan and Corid.
I think @TakenBackBre might have some knowledge on doing that. Or you can look up
Been out working. I got an area dug out and some concrete blocks set under a door to a pen so it isn't sitting in the dirt and can be opened now. I was going to move some young pullets into one of the hen houses there but still don't have it done.
I dug up my blueberries I planted a while back and then filled the hole with peat moss and replanted them. I should have done that the first time but I just wanted to get them in the ground. That was a lot of shoveling and watering. I hope they do okay since they had started putting leaves on.
I spent most of the day gathering things to do taxes. I've still got tons to do before I file them. I hate that stuff.
