Well MikeKsFarmer has gotten most of his birds from Alan an I tell ya I haven't hear one complaint from him about those birds. granted they aren't fancy things like yours , but still great birds.
Last time I talked to Alan the price was like $2 or $2.50 dont quote me on that especially with our wonderful gas prices . Alan lives in Laycene.

pshaw! Fancy!

I think that's the point I was trying to make, not that his birds are bad birds, or anything scary...just that they are not breeder or show quality. Perhaps I should have stated that I had heard his birds were healthy, but hatchery quality. That would have been more objective.

(grumble, grumble, grumble...fancy!...hmmmph!)

Outdoor projects? Cool. I'll probably plant something. Maybe I will convert my 10 hole egg nest I built into a roll out egg nest. I've also got a barn to rebuild. I doubt that I get that done Friday.....

howdy neighbors, I'm in Oklahoma and was wondering if anyone was planning to go to tulsa for bball tourney their, there is a rooster in the Lawrance area i'm interested in and trying to find a way to grt him here if I buy him, I can get him from Tulsa to me if he can get to Tulsa. thanks.

OK
I have a real mind boggler going here. I was in a conversation yesterday, and we got on the subject of parasites such as worms. One of the individuals had said when they get new birds from any where that they give their birds very diluted bleach water. I was dumbfounded, to think you can give your birds bleach water to help aid in parasites. I cant argue with them because their birds look and act so healthy.

So my question is has anyone else ever heard of this or done this ? If so please please intrigue me more.
