No. We tried to coordinate a pick-up, but it didn't work. We live about 2 hrs apart and have different schedules, so meeting in the middle is hard.

Which way? I'm meeting someone to sell some Marans somewhere halfway Tuesday evening toward Hiawatha. I could go get him and bring him along if that's the direction you are...I can't remember the name of the halfway point...Nortonville?

Speaking of Marans...I have a pair of culls I'm selling- the roo has dark eyes and the hen has a yellowish cast to her legs. I'll include a girl who isn't a cull for a trio. The chicks of the roo haven't been turning out with dark eyes, but because the possibility is there, he is being ousted. He came from one of the darkest eggs ever...

Renee, thank you! You are so sweet to offer, and we've never even met! Unfortunately, OP is the halfway mark for me. Since I work late afternoon, it's hard for me to get up there to meet anyone much earlier than that.
