yesterday was hatch day!! out of 28 Coturnix Quail eggs 15 hatched and 12 made it it to today so a 53% hatch rate and 80% survival out of them I feel is not too bad considering this was out of my homemade Coleman cooler bator and my 1st attempt

Also over the weekend I aquired some new birds

and while i was posting pics I just had to throw one of my youngest set of twins taking water out

So now Im in the market for some girlfriends for the Roos so if anyone knows were i can get some good looking Buff Orffs and a Barred Cochin Bantam or two let me know *these will be projects for my older kids*
