Checoukan - I smell a Wiki! Now for a name......Wikichickia! (I am an IT guy by day and homebrewer/hop grower/chicken raiser/gardener by night).

TSC, is caring some new products made by Manna Pro. I bought some so I could try them out. They had Rooster Booster, poultry conditioner, and a couple other products. Might be worth checking them out.

I was thinking, ya know, might be fun if we tried to put together an ebook here on byc on different things we all do to treat our birds. Feeding, treatments, waterers, emergency's, hatching, brooding. If we all contributed, might be one heck of a reference guide for everybody. Just a thought.

checoukan, well she very well could be a mixture, but her coloring matches the campine the closest when I looked at the pics on feathersite. I also don't know her age, but she looks fairly young to me. Her comb is pale, so my guess is that she has not laid yet.

Have you felt her pelvic bones to determine if she is ready to lay or not. May not have been in the best situation before you got her. She may need some vitamins.

You totally need to go buy that domain and get it started.

I'm not computor smart, would not even know how, or where to begin!!!!

Candace, I did look at some other pics of the Golden Campines & it's possible that's what she is. But anyway, whatever she is she's a pretty little hen & I like her. I don't think the Campines are all that common if that's what she is.

Danz, prayers for your mom, I hope she feels better soon.
Danz, prayers coming...hope she is on the mend soon....

Trish, That's why I was thinking amybe crossed with Phoeni, my silvers have that type of a comb....

Ok, this is a general question, I want to worm my whole flock, ducks, geese, everything, what is the best way to do it?
