Earlier today in the afternoon, I visited the chickens and opened the coop curtains to let in some sunlight.
My Cochin girl, Blueprint, had been making a constant weasing sound- like she is talking. She is not broody nor is she acting in distress. If it were respiratory, I assume she wouldn't be drinking fresh water or eating feed (which she is).
Any suggestions or ideas? Thank you!

Do the chickens spend all day in their coop? Is there poop buildup? Is there a strong ammonia smell? What sort of ventilation do you have in there?

Ammonia from poop buildup is one of the common causes of respiratory issues.

Have you picked up this hen and examined her carefully? Look into her eyes for bubbling and swelling or pink film. Peek into her ears for crusty buildup. Look into her throat for signs of obstruction in the larynx and any crusty plaques inside the mouth. Any discharge from the beak?

It sounds like stridor, a sound they make when there is something, partially blocking the airway, such as a small piece of feed, a little mucus, or swelling. I have seen a couple of my hens over the years get this from eating too fast, and it is gone in a couple of hours. Many times it clears overnight or in a few hours with a good cough, but if they are stridorous and sneezing, that might be an upper respiratory infection, such as infectious bronchitis, MG, or others. Make sure that you have good overhead air ventilation, and prevent dust, ammonia fumes from excessive droppings, and prevent wet or moldy areas in the coop. Here is a video of another chicken with stridor:

Thank you very much for the helpful responses. I indeed have plenty ventilation for my birds, knowing it's of utmost importance.
The weasing has stopped... Blueprint has been acting perfectly healthy. I fed her foods with roughage, had her drink some water with ACV, and the abnormality revolved.

There hadn't been any discharge from her beak throught the issue, either. I'm assuming it had been a particle of food she hadn't digested correctly or nostrel blockage of some sort, which I checked for.
