There is still a big size difference and I’m afraid to put them together but the constant chirping is becoming a bit much.

They need more space.I put them in the run together and the 4 bigger ones instantly started nonstop pecking the smaller 2
They need more space.
I'm sorry but it isn't large enough for 6 birds that were all raised together. I would enlarge it.I have a 4 foot wide by 9 foot long run, I thought that would be plenty for 6 chickens

I personally don't use the minimum stated run size of 10 sq ft per bird. You would have 6 sq ft per bird if you could integrate.
I use almost 18 sq ft per bird. But I primarily keep my flock in 1/4 acre pen. They only use the run during heavy rain, in winter and before I let them out for the day. I've never had aggression issues. It all comes down to resources or the lack thereof. You need A LOT more space to have a trouble free integration.
Not really. It's all about space and resources. I have way more than the recommended minimum space.Seeing so many threads about integrating flocks, you must be extremely lucky to never have had any issues.
