CONSTANT HEAD SHAKING IN BABY CHICK

My 3/4 week baby chick has been shaking her head like a mad man and chirping alot! Her appetite is completely normal! She has phases of head shaking, like when she tries to sleep. HELP!

Have you checked the chick for mites or lice on the skin or around the ears? If you put her in your hand on her back, does she have any tremors or trembling? Can she stand and walk okay?
