Constipated Chick

I have a 1 week old RIR chick that seems to be constipated. It doesn't have pasty butt, but its belly is extremely round and you can tell it strugles to go, what little it goes. The poo that does come out seems normal compared to the others. Any suggestions as to what I can do to help it out?

Give it some olive oil soaked bread and see if things start to move along.
