Head shaking or head scratching is an invitation to inspect the ears and throat. You will be looking for any crusty buildup or swelling.

So the head shaking was an immediate result of the noise levels in my house. As soon as things quieted down the head shaking stopped. I did check ears and throat and they’re clean. She’s not used to being in a house full of kids.

This morning she’s still eating and drinking. Overnight poos looked like this:

She’s still eating and drinking on her own. Should I give her more calcium today? Or has she had enough?
