constipated hen

good news all things back to normal with my hen she went back in the pen with the others today and after an initial spat or two things looking good. Got a case of sour crop with little bantam but made her sick feed her apple cider vinegar and she looking loads better lets hope things settle down now

Managed to make the little bantam sick brought up lots of stinky gunk starved her for a day and then started on soft food. Still getting very smelly poops so went to vet who gave me antibiotics I have read these not recommended as it may be fungal. Vets dont know much about chickens I think. Managed to get advice about something to give her from a poultry shop trying that as soon as it arrives. Getting medicines without pescription in UK is not easy.
Bad news about other hen. Had a neighbour look after them at weekend whilst away and they let the water run out. Dont know how long she without water but she appears to be consitpated again blood on the vent. Not sure if this caused by pecking from the others or something different. She back in again given her more lactalose hoping this sorts it and not a bigger problem. She still bright enough and happy to eat and drink

So I have a hen that might have the same thing. (The first hens problem) She is acting very droopy and hasn't pooped in a while. She isn't straining but I just don't know what it could be. When i felt around her vent there was something there. She is only 3-months old, so too young to be eggbound, but I'm wondering if its hard poop or something else.

Any advice is welcome!
