Nope the foundation is concrete

Ok UPDATE!:
This is the start if construction today-

Then-

Next-

Then the frame for the coop house

After that we put in a sheet of plywood for the coop house floor that will side in an out an I can wash off all poop.

Then we built the egg laying nest box

Next weekend it will be finished

Yes- I saw that. I mean the timber that is bolted to the concrete foundation.

O I c yes we used timber to drill to te concrete

A foot in all directions, or closer to whatever size your scrap wood pieces happen to be

Agree use what you have if you buy a 4x8 sheet of plywood and make 16" boxes and 16" deep you can make 2 trio boxes. Thats what i make for all my breeding pens
