I’m trying to find out the date my chicks will be arriving, every time I try to send an email, I get an “ oops message “

What hatchery did you order from? When did you place your order? Did you get an email with a receipt?

Most notification e-mails or order confirmation e-mails say not to reply to those. They are out going only.

Best to call the customer service #.

No, But they toot my money, I can see on my online banking. It says crackle, but they know nothing
