Contacting a NYC administrator

How does one contact a bbc administrator? For 9 months I have been trying to get my coop on the coop pages and I can,t seem to get it done. I have submitted it to the contests and made multiple requests. I love this site and the education It provides and I want to share mine as well. What am I doing wrong here?

The admin are usually very busy trying to maintain the site but you could try to shoot them a PM.

PMs are usually all replied to. I've never sent a site-related PM that hasn't received some sort of response, especially with Nifty.
