Contagious or not?

I have a bird who has had diarrhea for about a month. She won't let me get any where near her so, I've been watching her at a distance. She seemed fine until I noticed today that her stool is watery, milky in color. She also is notably anemia- no color in her face, and I was able to catch her with little trouble. Her breast bone is prominant and she is obviously wasting away. Any ideas? I'm concerned about spreading whatever she has to the rest of the flock.
