Maybe you could possibly take a screen shot of the pictures. Upload those to a post and write your caption under it?

Rhonda designs is a good one. You can upload the picture and add captions on the picture.

Save the pictures to your photos. And then once you get the app you can choose a photo to add to and you can just click on it. It will ask you what size you want it. I keep it as the original. And then after that you can add whatever you want to it. Does that made sense?
