What is this hen? I have that I got out of a trash can last March as a chick, and it looks 100% like yours but is bantam size. I've had so many people tell me a billion different things that she could be.

Rosa is a Swedish Flower Hen pullet. There are a number of bantam breeds that can be mille fleur color like her - Mille Fleur (MF) d'Uccle, MF bantam Cochin... and many more. I'm sure yours is very thankful you pulled her out of the trash! (What's wrong with people?)
