Wow..I say wow..now are you going to share how you did this? 

I found info on YouTube. I can't link at this moment because the WiFi I'm using has it blocked. But the idea is to inject colored gelatin from the bottom, then flip it over to view the design! If you search gelatin art you should be able to find some really spectacular flowers. Most of the videos aren't in english.
