The combo? He is sooooo nice. I’ve had him for 3 years. He is very good with the hens and doesn’t seem to crow much. Also he’s a bantam.Oh maybe the combo produced the speckles then. Is your brahma friendly? That’s another breed I thought about but they’re so big I thought they’d eat a lot.

My hens that lay the speckled eggs are straight from the hatchery. Only my hens daughter is crossed with him. He is super friendly. He loves to be pet and even does a hand shake. LolLike him with the Marans making the speckles I mean but I guess not if the mother lays them too. And that is awesome!! He seems like a great rooster. Is he friendly with you too?
