They do watch tv, for the past 4 months it's been chicken run. How the whole tv thing started was when they were chicks they slept in my daughters room who went to sleep with the tv on, they would all roost on the edge of the brooder and watch tv as they went to sleep. So when we moved them out to their coop we continued the tradition. They free range, and when I need them to come in early I turn on a movie and usually within 10-15 minutes they return home.
