Here in OR it is done through the University extension Office. We like the poultry side over the market animal. Our critters come home after fair is over. When I was a kid my folks raised a bummer calf that went into the freezer. I was about 5 then but I still remember. I couldn't do it again.

we just had our first 4H year, MUCH to learn. First year for the poultry club and it's like the blind leading the blind. more than half the members don't have poultry!!
