Continuous Late hatches

Have a quick question to confirm my thoughts. My son recently bought a cabinet incubator I have hatched 5 times and all five hatches have been late by 1-2 days. I leave eggs in cabinet till lock down then move them to my styrofoam incubators for hatch. I am thinking temperature of cabinet incubator?......run humidity only during lockdown 65-70.

If your temp is too low, the hatch will be later. I dont know what the temps should be for a cabinet incubator but for table top bators, the temps need to be 99.5 degs. for a forced air and 102 for still, if that helps.
