Converted our daughters treehouse

My wife and I are new to raising chickens, and have converted our daughter's treehouse into a coop. We shortened it to only two feet off the ground. Then we surrounded it with a run that is 12' x 20'. We have 4 RIRs 7 weeks now, that are living in the coop now, and seem to be doing well.
