Cookbook Proofreaders and Editors Needed ASAP

It's time to move on to the editing and proofing of the cookbook submissions. I need a few helpers and ask that you only volunteer if you have time to dedicate to the project, if you have good grammar skills in written word, and are able to follow precise directions on how things are to be done. I know this sounds snotty and nit picky but in this case we must be extremely careful and comb through all submissions with a fine tooth comb. Once this book goes to the publisher there is no way to correct errors. It will be a done deal at that time.

I need 10 people to proof read and correct minor typos in every recipe submitted for the cookbook project.
