Cooked or raw??

Fully grown chickens will eat either. I personally wouldn't give very young chicks any treats from the kitchen. If they are "teenage" chicks, they may be able to eat it raw, but might need it to be cut up into smaller pieces in order to be interested in it. Cooked is good too, just more effort :)

They are 2 1/2 weeks old. We had cauliflower for dinner so I thought I’d give them some of the leftover? I do have grit for them as well to help with the digestion?

A little bit (assuming it's plain, not salted or fried or anything?) is probably ok. Just keep in mind they're still very young so really keep the amount offered minimal.

They may or may not be willing to try it.
