Is it alright to feed adult hens cooked white rice left over from dinner?

Yeah but not too often, it isn't very nutritious and it will make them fat. Once in awhile is fine.

X 2 - as with all things, moderation is key. White rice is not all that nutritionally beneficial, but can be a welcome treat.
