Cooking with duck eggs?

Does anyone have any good recipes to use their duck eggs in? I mean, I've heard about using them to bake with, but is there anything else? I've done a search on allrecipes.com, but the only thing I get is a few with a hard boiled duck egg. (I'd rather not) Also, if you just scramble a duck egg, do you always add a little water?

I've never eaten mine, but I have someone tell me that they make an AWESOME keiche, and breakfast casseroles.

They're great in anything, or by themselves. Same with goose eggs. Better flavor and richer than hen eggs. Ya just gotta allow for volumn.........Pop

I eat them just like chicken eggs. They are not that different from a regular egg to me. Don't be afraid to try them.

You can use them for just about anything that you can use chicken eggs for.
