Do any of you have any pics that you've taken of the Northern Lights? I'd love to see them. When my brother lived in Anchorage he used to talk about them all the time.
Since there are so many who want to see Alaska, we should organize a BYC field trip. lol

Last year we saw a HUGE halo around the moon, remarkably wider in the night sky than I'd ever seen before, unlike the usual ring around the moon we see. We read that there is siginificance about the width of the halo, but for the life of me, I cannot recall what that was as I sit here and type. The skies...alaways fascinatiang. ~G
