We just got back to NC from a quick trip to Alaska and it was FABULOUS -- I have never seen such stunning mountains ---
We are working on our 'bucket list' -- last thing on my list is 'see the Northern Lights' --- didn't happen so I guess I'll have to go back --
We spent a half day with a 'musher' out on the trail --- my DH's list included 'drive a dog-sled team' (thank goodness we are way too old to think of the Iditarod!)
Another one of his was to ride in a horse-drawn sleigh thru the woods --
Both of these adventures were beyond belief --
When BYC gets up a 'field trip' to Alaska, count me in!
