Coop and Run Pics

looks great. i think it's a disservive to give them a run that you cant go inside of. But I have yet to build one. Really, great job tho.

Looks to me that there is a door on the run they can go into.

I have a chicken tractor but not that big....but with wheels so I can move it around.

I really love the coop and like the little 'tunnel' to the run!

Great job.....now you just need a little stool to sit on when you go in to visit with the girls.....

Thank you for all of your suggestions. Here are our plans...

o coop window openings are sized for 2 "dump" windows that are currently in the basement
o will make a set of 2"x4" roosts for winter use
o we are investigating where to get clear or translucent tarp for the run, should provide a shelter from the snow and heat up the run a bit
o run does have a door and we enjoy being inside with our chicks, we sit with them quite often, I can't stand up in the run comfortably for a long period of time
o the run floor is dirt that we've covered with bark mulch, but the chicks seem to like to move the bark mulch into the back 1/3 of the run

Working on getting coop plans on my page and should have that done in a few days. Please send me any more suggestions you have...

Very nice I love the hoop shape run thinking about doing that on one of mine. I agree about the roosts using 2x4
